Arrival

We beg you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late or delayed, your appointment will be shortened with time or canceled out of respect and consideration to the following client.

Appointments: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance, otherwise the total cost of your treatment will be charged.Please take note that we ask for a credit card number to ensure the reservation of your treatment.

Products, services and gift cards: The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.In the case of products, they must be returned and in perfect condition.The returns that by the consumer are not carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days since their purchase will be dismissed.

The paid amount will be reimbursed in the same means of payment made for the purchase.For this, the presentation of the purchase ticket is essential.

Access to children under 14 in our spa is not allowed. Our treatments are designed for adults, however, if we have treatments for ages between (15 to 18) under the consent of their parents.

When making your reservation, please see us from any of any health condition that you have and any medication you are taking. For some medical condition, we can need written permission from your doctor to proceed.Please speak with the spa or internal equipment for more information.

We offer a specialized treatments for maternity. Report to our team if you are pregnant to customize your experience.Please take note of our security policy for pregnancy: no treatment can be performed on the first three months of pregnancy.
